ONE-ON-ONE ALPHA!

The Rock is offering a free Alpha course, either online or in person, for anyone who’d like to join us.

This 12-week, 16-session course is hosted by Marny Iverson and dates and times for sessions will be set up to suit your schedule.

If you’d like to access the course remotely you’ll need a phone, tablet or computer and access to the internet.

If your preference is in person, we’ll meet at Marny’s home office.
Each session will take about an hour.
